At Corazon Ministries, Risk Reduction means meeting our neighbors where they are with compassion, dignity, and practical care. Our Risk Reduction team works directly with individuals experiencing homelessness and other challenges by providing life-saving resources, education, outreach, and connections to care.

Through harm reduction services, overdose prevention education, safer-use supplies, wellness resources, and meaningful connections to recovery and healthcare, our team builds trust and creates opportunities for neighbors to take their next step toward greater stability and wellness.
