At Corazon Ministries, we believe every person deserves dignity, compassion, and the opportunity to thrive. For more than two decades, we have served individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, and other life challenges in the San Antonio community by providing pathways to stability, healing, and hope.

Through our Day Center, Resource Hub, Health Clinic, Housing Case Management, Harm Reduction Outreach, Recovery Support Programs, hot meals, showers, clothing assistance, and community partnerships, we meet people where they are and walk alongside them on their journey toward self-sufficiency and transformation. Every service we provide is rooted in respect, human dignity, and a commitment to creating lasting change.

Our Vision

Corazon Ministries envisions a community where every person has a safe place to call home and the support needed to sustain a healthy and fulfilling life. At Corazon, we know that transformation happens through relationships. By connecting our neighbors to essential resources, supportive services, housing opportunities, healthcare, and a caring community, we help individuals move from crisis to stability and from isolation to belonging. Together with our volunteers, donors, community partners, and supporters, we are building a stronger, healthier, and more compassionate San Antonio; one life, one story, and one heart at a time.
