For more than 50 years, San Antonio families have turned to Brighton Center in their most uncertain moments, when a diagnosis feels overwhelming and the future feels unclear. We are San Antonio's largest nonprofit provider of direct services to children with disabilities and developmental delays, reaching nearly 5,000 kids every year with the right support at exactly the right time.

We believe every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and we believe families shouldn't have to navigate that journey alone. Through pediatric therapy, early childhood education, and special education support services, our team meets children and families wherever they are: in our clinics, in their classrooms, and in their own homes.

Brighton Center Services include:

• Pediatric Therapy: In-home therapy services through Early Childhood Intervention designed for children ages 0 to 3 and outpatient therapy services in our clinic for children ages 3 to 5.
• Early Education Preschool Program: Brighton Center offers two campuses that serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. 
• Special Education Support Services: Our consultants provide guidance and advocacy for families whose children are transitioning to the public school system.
