Brighton Center is San Antonio's largest non-profit providing direct services to nearly 4,000 children annually with developmental delays and disabilities. 

At Brighton Center, we're turning up the volume on what's possible-amplifying every child's potential through life-changing pediatric therapy, inclusive preschool, and special education advocacy. We're here to help children and their families take center stage and shine!

Who We Are

Brighton Center provides developmental and educational services to children with disabilities and developmental delays. Through a holistic family-centered approach, Brighton Center offers child enrichment and development through a learning center, home-based therapy services, counseling, case management, family support services and more.

Our services include:
In-Home Therapy Services (ECI): Ages 0-3
Early Childhood Education Center (2 Locations): Ages 0-5
Special Education Support & Services: Ages 5-22
