The Corazon Connectors are a team of dedicated and passionate individuals who use lived experience to ensure that every person who walks through Corazon’s doors knows they are not alone.
The team understands what it means to face life’s most difficult moments—and how powerful it can be when someone chooses to stay by your side. Corazon Connectors do not walk ahead of those seeking help; they walk beside them through every challenge, setback, and courageous step toward stability, recovery, and hope.
This work is deeply personal. By giving of themselves and transforming their own experiences into purpose, the Corazon Connectors create meaningful relationships with people experiencing homelessness throughout San Antonio and Bexar County. Every interaction carries the message: You matter. You are not forgotten. You do not have to do this alone.
