As Thrive Youth Center’s Outreach & Advocacy Manager, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand what happens when an LGBTQ+ young person is met with safety, support, and someone willing to stand in their corner.
At Thrive, we do more than provide emergency shelter. We help LGBTQ+ young adults experiencing homelessness find stability, build community, and create a future where they can truly thrive.
Every day, I see how urgently this work is needed. Our shelter is at capacity year-round, and young people continue to wait for a safe place to call home.
That’s why I’m asking you to support my Big Give fundraiser. Your donation can provide something as simple and as meaningful as a bus pass, a meal, Wi-Fi, outreach supplies, or the essentials a young person needs to move into their own home.
