Keep San Antonio Connected

When we think about community infrastructure, we often think about roads, bridges, and utilities. But there is another kind of infrastructure that helps communities thrive: the systems that connect people to the support they need.

That's what SACRD does and that's why I'm proud to serve on this SACRD's board.  

Every year, SACRD receives more than 700,000 visits from people searching for nonprofit and human-service resources. Whether someone is looking for food assistance, housing support, mental health services, care for an aging loved one, or ways to give back, SACRD helps connect people to the resources they need. 

The impact goes beyond the individuals using the site. Organizations using SACRD have seen social worker productivity increase by 10%, helping frontline staff spend less time searching for accurate information and more time serving people. 

In a community as large and complex as San Antonio, access matters. People cannot benefit from resources they cannot find.
