Jesikah’s BIG Give Fundraiser

I am raising money for Connections because I know the work we're doing isn’t just about kids' lives today, it’s about the adults they become, the choices they make, and the families they have in the future. Did you know? Connections has a community coalition that partners with others and community serving organizations in Comal County. The coalition, Drug-Free Comal (DFC), provides much needed support like information and initiatives focused on substance use prevention and awareness regarding youth, behavioral health and wellness promotion and resource sharing. DFC hosts and participates in a variety of events and projects throughout the year to all of Comal county. From past projects like seed funding to help establish the beautiful Mill Street Community Garden, Mobile CALM Kits to CIS site coordinators for area youth in the Comal and NB ISD schools they serve, Fall Fest, Kite Fest and Responsible Retail, DFC takes an active part in helping to bring positive change to Comal County.
