Every young person deserves the opportunity to dream, grow, and build a successful future. For foster youth and young adults transitioning into adulthood, that opportunity can be much harder to reach. Without consistent support, resources, stable housing, education, employment, and positive guidance, many young people face challenges that can make the transition to independence overwhelming.

Carrie Bell Cares was created from a commitment to change that story.

Our mission is simple: to empower foster youth and young adults with the support, resources, skills, and opportunities they need to become confident, independent, and successful adults.

We believe that young people should not be defined by their circumstances or their past. They should be recognized for their potential. Carrie Bell Cares works to create an environment where young adults feel valued, encouraged, and supported as they take important steps toward independence.

Through compassionate programming and individualized support, we focus on the practical skills young people need to navigate adulthood. This includes developing life skills, preparing for employment, pursuing education, building financial independence, strengthening decision-making skills, and learning how to manage the responsibilities of everyday life.

But our work is about more than providing services. It is about building relationships, creating opportunities, and reminding young people that they matter.
