The trans Latina goddess of San Antonio is representing the very helpful San Antonio AIDS Foundation.
As a young trans woman living with HIV I feel it is important to show support and help as much as I can and I want people to know I'm not a person suffering from HIV I'm a lady who lives with it the SAAF makes sure I am on tip top shape so i can twirl and throw these ponytails as if rent was due.
