Powering Hope Behind the Scenes

I may not work directly with clients every day, but as part of the team that supports data, grants, HR, IT, and our Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), I see firsthand how every part of Haven for Hope works together to change lives.

My role is to help ensure that our staff has the tools, resources, funding, and information they need to serve our neighbors experiencing homelessness. Whether it's securing grant funding, supporting employees, maintaining critical technology, or tracking outcomes that help us improve our services, our work helps make Haven's mission possible.

While I may not be the one handing over the keys to a new home or conducting an outreach visit, I know that every success story is supported by a strong foundation working behind the scenes. When our systems work, our staff can focus on what matters most: helping people find stability, hope, and opportunity.
