Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Brighton Center is San Antonio's largest nonprofit supporting nearly 5,000 children with disabilities and developmental delays in our community through pediatric therapy, early childhood education, and special education support services.
Why I'm Supporting Brighton Center for Big Give
As a mom to a child with a learning difference, I know firsthand what it feels like to search for the right support and hope someone will tell you your child is going to be okay.
I'm proud to work for an organization that helps families find hope, because I've lived the weight of needing it myself. And I don't just believe in that mission — I see it. I hear it in a therapist's story about a breakthrough session. I see it on the preschool playground, in the small, ordinary moments of childhood that aren't small at all. I hear it from families whose child once couldn't stand to play, and now can't be pulled away from it.
Every one of those stories is why I do this work. Brighton Center doesn't just deliver services — it gives families their hope back. That's why I show up for this mission every single day.
