Every day, I have the privilege of seeing what is possible when people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are given the right opportunities, support, and encouragement.
I do this work because every person deserves to be seen for their strengths, included in their community, and supported in building a life filled with purpose, connection, and independence. At The Arc of San Antonio, we help people develop new skills, navigate complex systems, build friendships, and pursue goals that matter to them. We also stand beside families and caregivers who work tirelessly to help their loved ones thrive.
