Imagine spending the night in your car in a San Antonio parking lot, checking the fuel gauge and knowing you do not have enough gas to make it to the clinic in the morning. Imagine having no physical address to put on a job application, no valid ID to prove who you are, and being told that housing assistance is three to six months out. That waiting period is where too many of our local heroes fall through the cracks.

When a veteran in San Antonio is facing the street, they don't have months to wait for red tape to clear. They need a safe bed tonight, a warm meal right now, and reliable transportation tomorrow morning to make it to their VA medical appointment.

Through our Boots on the Ground Homeless Initiative, Broken Warriors Angels provides immediate, unfiltered frontline relief. What truly sets us apart from other organizations is that we are strictly hands-on. We don't just hand a veteran a flyer or hand off a phone number—we meet them where they are, walk alongside them through every hurdle, and consistently follow up to ensure they aren't left behind.

We aren't making vague promises. We are raising $5,000 to fully fund a 45-Day Rapid-Response Bridge for our city's homeless and disabled veterans.
