As a young adult working at Special Reach, I have found a place where my passion truly comes alive. Special Reach serves a mission that is deeply important to me and my family: providing dynamic enrichment programs for children and individuals with developmental delays, while offering vital respite and peace of mind for their families.

Why This Work Means the World to Me

Every single day, I get to work alongside incredible individuals with special needs. My heart is in creating fun, safe, and joyful experiences where everyone feels included, valued, and celebrated. Whether we're engaging in active games, creative projects, or simply sharing a laugh, my favorite part of this work is helping to build lasting, happy memories for our participants.

Beyond the fun, I see firsthand how much relief Special Reach brings to family members who care for their loved ones around the clock. Giving parents and caregivers a dedicated break—knowing their children are safe and thriving—is a gift that strengthens our entire community.
