I have been able to experience more mornings outside in my hometown because of my walking group. I rise, and I'm out with the sun! This always makes me feel like I can enjoy the day. And when my pet and partner join me, it's even better! Donating to the AVA supports many people like me, who are having fun experiences while working towards their mental and physical health.
