As a member of the Jail Outreach, Continuity of Care, Veterans Services, and Transformational Services team at Haven for Hope, I have the privilege of helping people take some of the most important steps in their journey toward a better future.

I work with individuals who are overcoming significant challenges, whether they're returning to the community after incarceration, transitioning from another system of care, serving our nation's veterans, or working to transform their lives through case management and support. No matter their story, they all share a common goal: the opportunity to move forward.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing someone realize that their past does not have to define their future. I've watched clients secure housing, find employment, reconnect with loved ones, and regain confidence in themselves. Those moments remind me that with the right support, guidance, and resources, lasting change is possible.
