The Young Women’s Leadership Academy is preparing the next generation of leaders, innovators and professionals. It is a two-time National Blue Ribbon School with a 100% graduation rate and a record of sending 100% of its graduating seniors to four-year colleges and universities.

Nearly half of YWLA students come from economically disadvantaged households, 85% are Latinas, and many will be the first in their families to graduate from college. Their talent and ambition are already there. Your support helps expand the opportunities available to them.

Through the YWLA Foundation, private donations help fund STEM and robotics, college preparation and campus visits, summer enrichment and other experiences that go beyond what public funding can provide.
