Support Camp Scholarships 

At STYFC Camp, we believe in the power of shared experiences and outdoor challenges to bring young people closer to God. Through our camps, we create an environment where middle and high school students can grow in faith, build authentic relationships, discover their potential, and experience life-changing moments in nature

For many students, attending camp is a life-altering opportunity. With your help, we can make that opportunity possible for more students. This year, we’re working to raise $78,000 to provide scholarships for students who would otherwise be unable to attend camp. Your donation will help us:

• Provide life-changing camp experiences that help students grow in faith, character, and leadership.
• Open doors for students who are far from Christ to encounter His love and truth.
• Create opportunities for students to build lifelong friendships, step outside their comfort zones, and experience the beauty of God’s creation.

For many of the students we serve, a scholarship is what makes camp possible. We believe every student should have the opportunity to experience all that camp has to offer. When you give, you become part of something bigger. Your generosity helps create moments where students can grow, connect, encounter God, and discover who He has created them to be.

Who We Are

San Antonio Youth for Christ is a Texas non-denominational, non-profit organization and a 58 year-old charter member of YFC/USA, a non-profit organization that reaches out to 1,240 communities in the United States and over 101 foreign countries. Founded in 1944 by Billy Graham and Torrey Johnson, SAYFC programs extend to schools, low-income housing areas, and juvenile institutions. This ministry was birthed from a weekly prayer meeting held in our city by a concerned group of mothers of teenagers. From that beginning, tens of thousands of young people have participated in SAYFC events and thousands have committed their lives to Christ as we now enter our 58th year of ministry. Although we are charter member of YFC/USA, we receive no funds from our national movement. It is through efforts of our board of directors and generous supporters that we fund our local chapter. Also, our staff is required to raise most of their financial support; however we do subsidize the salaries of our urban workers as it is a challenge to raise support from the communities they serve. Currently, San Antonio Youth for Christ serves 25 schools in San Antonio.
