For over 40 years, SJRC Texas’ mission has been to create supportive and nurturing environments for children and families through advocacy, innovation, and the power of positive relationships. Through community, donor, and volunteer support, SJRC Texas has served more than 70,000 of the state's most vulnerable youth and families since inception.
We provide an array of premier, nationally accredited continuum of care programs such as Residential Foster Care, Community-Based Care services through our division Belong, Foster Care and Adoption Services, Reunification and Kinship Services, a Family Resource Center in New Braunfels, and a Parenting Support Program.

For nearly 30 years SJRC Texas, formerly known as St. Jude's Ranch for Children, has been caring for the most vulnerable children and families facing abuse, neglect, and often homelessness, helping them to heal from the traumas they have suffered. The programs of SJRC Texas offer a continuum of care to ensure that children placed with us receive therapeutic treatment along their journey of healing towards a brighter future. We are creating forever families for children who desperately need and deserve a loving home and family.
