The Pregnancy Care Center has been serving the community of San Antonio since 1981. We are a non-profit, non-denominational faith based 501(c)(3) Christian organization.
The San Antonio Pregnancy Care Center is a life-affirming ministry helping people facing unplanned pregnancies. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centered plan for unplanned pregnancy.
Women receive a free lab-quality pregnancy test with immediate results.
We offer onsite screening for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea at no cost.
We provide confidential counsel in a safe, loving, and non-judgmental environment, while offering resources and alternatives to abortion. We answer her questions and give the knowledge needed to empower her to make a healthy, informed and livable choice.
Free limited Obstetrical Ultrasounds provided by our medical staff to confirm pregnancy and educate women on the development of their baby. The majority of women seeking or contemplating an abortion will choose life after they see their baby’s heartbeat.

Small group support program for those experiencing emotional and psychological pain from their abortion.
Provided through our incentive-based parenting program to support, encourage, assist, and educate our clients in preparation for parenting. Clients shop in our Baby Boutique.
