Provides bus passes so Sober Living Dorm residents can get to job interviews, appointments, and recovery meetings while they work towards stability.

Provides a bedding and towel kit for a new Sober Living Dorm resident's first night.

Covers a move-in fee for a Bridge Program stipend recipient, helping someone transition into a community-based sober living home.

Covers two weeks of housing for a Bridge Program stipend recipient as they get back on their feet.

Pay It Forward SA has been walking alongside San Antonio's recovery community since 2010, providing safe, structured housing and the support services that turn early recovery into lasting change.

Rebuilding a stable life takes time, it takes stable housing, a strong community, and people who believe in you long enough for you to believe in yourself again. That's the gap PIFSA fills.

We meet people where they are in their recovery journey. From the earliest days after treatment to the moment someone is ready to stand fully on their own, PIFSA provides a safe place to land. That might look like structured housing and a recovery coach in our early stages of care, or a move-in stipend that makes an independent, community-based sober living home possible as someone gets closer to living life on their own terms. However someone finds us, there is a community to help them every step of the way.
