Building a Generation of Hope in San Antonio

Majesty Outdoors exists to build a generation of hope by shattering the cycle of fatherlessness. We walk alongside fatherless youth and single mothers through consistent support, meaningful relationships, and faith-based, outdoor centered programming designed to help families grow, thrive, and build a strong foundation for the future.

Through our San Antonio Chapter, fatherless youth and single mothers find consistency, encouragement, and a community that shows up for them week after week.

At the heart of our youth programs is an outdoor centered, biblically based curriculum designed to help youth grow in character, confidence, responsibility, life skills, and faith. We use the outdoors as a tool to teach meaningful lessons, strengthen relationships with trusted mentors, and introduce youth to experiences they may not otherwise have access to.

More Than a Weekly Program

During weekly chapter meetings, youth work through age appropriate curriculum that combines outdoor education and skills with biblical principles and practical life lessons.

And each week, we also serve a meal.

Gathering around food gives fatherless youth, single mothers, and volunteers an opportunity to build relationships, share conversations, and experience the consistency of a community that deeply cares about them. Providing weekly meals is one of the practical ways Majesty Outdoors supports families while creating space for deeper relationships to grow.

Throughout the year, lessons taught during weekly programming are reinforced through hands-on outdoor experiences. Fishing, hunting, archery, kayaking, and other outdoor opportunities allow youth to put what they are learning into practice while developing confidence, responsibility, practical skills, and respect for the outdoors.

Serving the Whole Family

More than 18 million youth in the United States live without a father figure in the home. Fatherless youth are also four times more likely to live in poverty, and 71% of high school dropouts are fatherless.

These realities are why Majesty Outdoors is committed to walking alongside families for the long term through consistent relationships, biblical truth, and age-appropriate programming.

Our PuddleJumpers program serves children ages 4–7, WaveMakers serves youth ages 8–12, and TideChangers serves teens ages 13–18. Each program uses outdoor-centered curriculum to help youth grow in character, life skills, faith, and healthy relationships.

Our Estrellas program serves single mothers of enrolled youth through a life coaching curriculum centered on the eight dimensions of wellness, helping mothers strengthen areas of their lives such as emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, and relational well-being.

Together, these programs allow Majesty Outdoors to support the whole family through multiple stages of life.

Majesty Outdoors in San Antonio 

Our San Antonio Chapter brings this mission directly into the San Antonio community.

Week after week, fatherless youth and single mothers have a place to gather, share a meal, build meaningful relationships, and participate in programming designed to encourage growth in every area of life. 

Through consistent interaction, youth also have opportunities to build relationships with positive adult role models who encourage them, challenge them, celebrate their successes, and continue showing up throughout their journey.

As our San Antonio Chapter grows, so does the need for weekly meals, curriculum and program supplies, outdoor experiences, volunteers, and the resources necessary to serve families well.
