We are a veteran-founded, veteran-operated rescue that has pulled thousands of cats from the worst moments of their lives since 2012. Unpaid volunteers drive our work with skill and dedication. Our Executive Director, Dr. Judy Jarecki-Black, Ph.D., Esq., has earned wide recognition for her substantial contributions to Global Animal Health. We focus primarily on cats, the most frequently abandoned pets, but we are committed to helping all animals in need.
