Junior Achievement of South Texas

Junior Achievement is a strategic partner, working alongside educators, employers, investors, community leaders, and the communities we serve to help students achieve academically today and economically tomorrow. We believe every young person deserves a future filled with choices, opportunities, and the confidence to pursue them.

Supported by more than 3,000 volunteers, JA brings hands-on learning directly into classrooms across South Texas. Students develop practical skills in money management, career exploration, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship while learning from business and community leaders who serve as mentors and role models.

During the 2026-27 school year, JA will serve approximately 95,000 students across South Texas. By bridging the gap between education and opportunity, JA is preparing the next generation of workers, entrepreneurs, and leaders while strengthening economic mobility, workforce readiness, and the future prosperity of our communities.
