For many Guadalupe Clinic patients, something as simple as checking their blood pressure can come with significant barriers. Transportation challenges, the cost of gas, and financial limitations can make frequent trips to the clinic difficult.

A $25 blood pressure monitor gives a patient the ability to regularly check their blood pressure from home, track changes, and share important information with their healthcare provider.

Your gift doesn't just purchase a piece of equipment. It gives a patient greater access to their care and an opportunity to take a more active role in their health.
