Buck Wild Animal Rescue & Wildlife Rehab

This year our Big Give fundraiser for Buck Wild Animal Rescue & Wildlife Rehab is focusing on recovery & rebuilding after the devastating losses we faced from the floods. This summer, over the night of July 15th-16th, our facility endured devastating damages due to severe flash flooding. While we did get every single animal to safety, sadly, over half of our animal enclosures, facilities, feed and supplies were swept away or damaged beyond repair.

Our services are critical to this area, & with no other native wildlife rescues around, we refused to give up and close our doors to all the animals that need us. We have begun the rebuilding and recovery process, with the help of engineers and contractors who have planned and designed brand new enclosures for our wildlife patients that are better than ever before.

These plans are no small feat however. This construction is projected to exceed $80k, and we need your help to ensure that animals in need will always have a place here at Buck Wild Animal Rescue & Wildlife Rehab. While the price tag is hefty, every penny is making sure that all new enclosures are specially tailored, safe and durable for wildlife patients. Every enclosure is planned for construction in new zones safe from natural disaster.

As a nonprofit charity, your donations are tax deductible. Gifts made here will go firstly towards the urgent needs for feed and supply replacement, property clean up and our massive rebuilding project.

We are desperate to find a way forward, for our community, and for our wildlife which is more vulnerable than ever. Help us forge this new path forward for the future of our animals.

Buck Wild Rescue provides around-the-clock care, specialized diets, medical care, and enclosures tailored to each animal patient’s needs.

Your generous donations will make a significant impact by helping Buck Wild:

• Provide medical care and rehabilitation for injured wildlife.
• Build and maintain safe, natural habitats for rescued animals.
• Rebuild and repair damaged and lost supplies and enclosures

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a real difference and supports our vital work. Together, we can ensure these animals receive the love and care they deserve. Thank you for your support through this difficult time.
