The Annual Teacher Fund is a fundraising campaign that supports performance-based compensation for BASIS teachers at our acclaimed public charter schools. The Annual Teacher Fund allow us to recruit, retain, and reward effective, high-quality educators who teach our world-class curriculum. Donations to the Annual Teacher Fund are a direct investment in BASIS Charter School teachers, and our teachers directly impact the quality of education BASIS Charter Schools students receive in our classrooms.
