RISE FOR IMMIGRANTS

RIGHTS INCLUSION SAFETY EMPOWERMENT.

RISE provides critical legal representation to immigrant children and families in San Antonio who cannot afford an attorney. No child should have to face immigration court alone. Your support helps us stand with those who need us most.

RISE with us.

RISE for dignity. RISE for justice. RISE for immigrant families.

WHY YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

For many immigrant children and families, the cost of an attorney puts legal help out of reach. Your support helps change that.

Your gift allows RISE to continue providing free and low-cost legal services to those who need them most, including:

• Free legal consultations to help immigrants understand their options and next steps

• Know Your Rights presentations that provide trusted information and help families make informed decisions

• Direct legal representation for children and families seeking humanitarian protection or facing removal

Every gift helps us reach more people who face the immigration system alone.

Access to justice should not depend on the ability to pay.

WHAT WE DO

Legal Services

RISE provides free and low-cost immigration legal representation before agencies including USCIS and Immigration Courts.

Our work includes humanitarian immigration matters such as asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, U and T visa, and VAWA applications.

Know Your Rights

RISE provides legal orientations and Know Your Rights education so immigrant communities can better understand their rights, their options and how to navigate an increasingly complex immigration system.

Community Empowerment

Through workshops, civic education, community consultation days and other community-based programming, RISE helps immigrant families access information and resources while building collective strength.

Advocacy & Storytelling

RISE works to amplify lived experiences through strategic campaigns, media partnerships, coalition-based advocacy and community-led storytelling.

Social Services

RISE provides resource navigation to help connect individuals and families with additional services and community support.

RISE FOR IMMIGRANTS

We envision communities where immigrants are treated with dignity, have access to justice and have the support needed to build secure futures.

We work every day to make that vision possible through legal representation and community engagement.

We need your support.
