Opportunity Recovery Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing transitional recovery housing and treatment for men and women overcoming substance use and mental health challenges in Bexar County. We offer a structured path to lasting recovery: six months of in-house treatment — including Substance Use Disorder programming and Mental Health IOP — followed by three months of free sober living, giving recovery the time it actually takes to stick.

We operate 3 residential locations in San Antonio, serving clients through court, agency, and self-referral. Our team walks alongside every client from intake through graduation and beyond, tracking outcomes well after they leave our program because real recovery doesn't end at graduation — it's a lifelong process we're committed to supporting.
