The Mill Street Youth Center

Out of School. In Good Hands.

Our mission is to empower middle and high school students through dynamic out-of-school programs and experiences that build confidence and skills for lifelong success.

Every afternoon, teens walk through the doors of the Mill Street Youth Center to connect with friends, learn something new, and find a place to belong. Whether they’re cooking a meal, getting help with homework, trying a new activity, or spending time with people who care, they have a place to feel supported.

The Mill Street Youth Center is 100% free for students, but free doesn’t mean without cost. It takes people who believe in showing up for the next generation to keep this place running every day.

Empowering Teens. Creating Community. Inspiring Growth.

During The Big Give 2026, our goal is to raise $10,000 to help us keep Mill Street a free, welcoming place for middle and high school students in our community.

Your gift helps support the everyday things that make that possible:

• Staffing to ensure a safe and supportive environment
• Supplies for programs like arts, cooking, fitness, and e-sports
• Facility costs like electricity, internet, and maintenance
• Transportation through our afterschool van program

From the ingredients for a cooking class to the ride that gets a student here, your support helps make each afternoon possible. Help keep the doors open, the programs free, and the opportunities growing!

Make Your Gift Go Twice as Far!
