Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Brighton Center is San Antonio's largest nonprofit supporting nearly 5,000 children with disabilities and developmental delays in our community through pediatric therapy, early childhood education, and special education support services.
Why I'm Supporting Brighton Center for Big Give
Through my time at Brighton Center, I've had the opportunity to witness our amazing staff serve children every day. From preschool teachers who give kids a safe space to learn, to pediatric therapists who provide life-changing care, to my own team working behind the scenes to share Brighton's story with the San Antonio community and beyond, I'm honored to work alongside people who share the same mission: helping kids thrive.
Some of the biggest milestones can be easy to overlook. A child laughing for the first time at 18 months old. Climbing stairs at 3 years old. Being part of a group where they aren't just seen, but truly included. These moments may seem small to some, but they can mean everything to a child and their family receiving services at Brighton.
Fundraising events like The Big Give help make these moments possible by giving more children access to the care and support they need to learn, thrive and grow. A phrase I've heard often since starting at Brighton Center is, "Start Early. Dream Big." I want to help more children start their pediatric therapy journeys earlier, so they and their families can dream bigger about what's possible for their futures.
