Help us raise $25,000 to launch San Antonio’s first in-person Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens.

For too long, San Antonio teens struggling with substance use and mental health challenges have had limited options for care. Rise Recovery is changing that by launching the city’s first Medicaid-eligible, in-person IOP designed specifically for adolescents ages 12–17.

Who We Are

Rise Recovery is a non profit organization, helping teens, young adults and families overcome the effects of drugs and alcohol and partnering with the community in education and prevention.

With the support of the total community we are able to provide our programs and services at no cost to the client, and without stipulation of insurance, income, or other criteria.

We provide one on one counseling, group support and social outlets for those who need us most when they need us at no cost to them thanks to our community supporters, like you!
