For more than 100 years, House of Neighborly Service has stood alongside families on San Antonio's Westside, providing opportunities that encourage, educate, and empower our neighbors to build brighter futures.

Located in the heart of the 78207 community, we serve one of San Antonio's most economically challenged areas. Every day, children, seniors, and families come through our doors seeking more than assistance. They come seeking opportunity, connection, and hope. Through quality 

early childhood education, family support services, senior wellness programs, nutritious meals, and access to essential resources, we help families move from crisis to stability and from stability to possibility.

Our Core Program Areas: 

• Quality early childhood education for children 18 months to 5 years
• Play Therapy for children and families
• Senior health classes, social engagement opportunities, and freshly prepared hot meals served curbside or delivered daily
• Westside home rehabilitation designed to help low-income homeowners preserve and remain safely in their neighborhood
