Sophia's Hope Ranch

Sophia’s Hope Ranch is a Faith-Centered nonprofit therapeutic ranch dedicated to restoring hope, healing and emotional wellness for individuals and families impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, relational disruption, grief and adverse life experiences. 
  Located in Texas, Sophia’s Hope Ranch integrates evidence-based clinical therapy with experiential and nature-based interventions in a peaceful ranch environment designed to promote safety, emotional regulation, healing, connection and restoration. The organization provides trauma-informed mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, foster and adoptive families and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, attachment disruption and family stress. 
 Sophia’s Hope Ranch integrates evidence-based clinical therapies with experiential and nature-based interventions, including:
