Thank you for choosing KSTAR, we are a emergency children's shelter located in Kerrville Tx. Our facility houses up to 20 children but we reserve 1 bed for a child that's been trafficked.
We have a counseling center that serves 14 hill country counties with over 5500 hours of service this year!
We also have a FREE community closet located in Kerrville called "Halos Kloset" where children can shop for clothing completely free of charge based on referrals.
We are so blessed to serve these children and every donations go directly to our mission!
